"Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Good breakfast on the top floor. Rooms very warm and couldn't be cooled unless windows open. Also couldn't turn off all room lights unless we unplugged the room key card and shut off the room power."

" The historical buildings were renovated recently and turned into this wonderful hotel.Everyone was very professional, helpful as well as friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Kayseri itself is a good starting point for excursions in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Im sorry to say this because I dont like leaving bad reviews; however this stay was not good. My first night I had the noisiest room possible. It was right on the highway amd across from the train station. The sound proofing in this building is not good and all I heard all night was cars flying by and a constant beeping sound from the train station. Furthermore, the curtain didnt completely cover the window, so every time a car would go by I would see the lights travel through my room, and there...

"Hotel mükemmel idi. Temizliği ve otantik havası ile ailecek kalınası bir yer. Sadece kahvaltının bitiş saati çok dakikti (saat 10 a kadar denmişti kahvaltı saati ve o saatte de sona erdi). Millet olarak o dakikliğe alışkın değiliz. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Gelecek yıllara da aynı özen ve dikkatle devam etmeniz halinde Türkiye çapında ününüze ün katarsınız... Böyle devam... "Im sorry to say this because I dont like leaving bad reviews; however this stay was not good. My first night I had the noisiest room possible. It was right on the highway amd across from the train station. The sound proofing in this building is not good and all I heard all night was cars flying by and a constant beeping sound from the train station. Furthermore, the curtain didnt completely cover the window, so every time a car would go by I would see the lights travel through my room, and there was also a smoke detector that would blink every minute. It was like getting flashed all throughout the night. They moved me to another room the following day. It was a little better. But same smoke detector issue. I ended up covering it with stickers. Then there was the issue with construction. They begin very loud construction on their hotel at 8 am. So if you wanted to rest and sleep in, forget about it. The whole hotel shakes when they are hammering away. Other things of note: the breakfast was paltry and not worth the extra fee. Basically just eggs, some turkish delights, cheeses, and a few finger vegetables. The coffee is instant. It was like a table of appetizers. I have been to many Hotels in Turkey, this was by far the smallest selection I have ever seen. If you need to spend one night. And your sleep can be from between 1 am to 8 am, plus you have a room away from the highway, you may be okay, or if you can sleep through everything. Overall, this place is not worth it."
