Bom hotel, cama confortável, muito bem localizado. Café da manhã excelente houveram alguns problemas na chegada, mas nada que não pudesse ter sido solucionado O hotel não oferece almoço, janta, somente café da manhã A grande decepção do hotel é o frigobar que somente mantem a temperatura do que você comprar na rua ou seja, se precisar de cerveja ou agua gelada está ferrado. A cama de casal é confortável, apesar dela ter um "buraco" no meio para unir as camas mas nada que impeça O ar condicionado, é perfeito, funciona muito bem, gela pra caramba Outro problema é a falta de lixeira nos quartos e a lixeira do banheiro é lixeira de pia No geral é bom

Decepção

Tenho intolerância à Lactose, embora tenha solicitado na recepção minha necessidade, mesmo me propondo a pagar, nada foi providenciado, alegaram que tinham que pedir autorização para a central para comprar um leite de R$4,39, piada né, mas eu disse que pagaria por ele!!! Não entendi O Gerente não entrou em contato, nem quis saber, e já sou cliente/hóspede habitual... O café da manhã é muito fraco, sucos de pior qualidade, muito doce....!!!! Instalações, quartos, são bons, funcionários devem ser melhor treinados. Outros hotéis com preços com menos que a metade sou mais bem tratado! Uma pena.

Equipe despreparada

Chegando no quarto notei que o frigobar, que estava desligado da tomada, não funcionava. Liguei para a recepção reclamando. Foram até o quarto e notaram que o frigobar estava realmente pifado. Disseram que iriam substituir o frigobar ou me colocar em outro quarto. Depois de mais de uma hora, já era quase meia-noite, me ligaram para dizer que estavam aguardando o gerente chegar com uma chave, para que fosse possível efetuar a troca do frigobar. Eu disse que aguardaria, e que na subida, poderiam me trazer uma água gelada. Nunca mais fizeram contato... O hotel quer passar uma aparência de executivo, tipo Ibis e Super8, mas não consegue pq a equipe está despreparada. Imagina deixar um hóspede sem resposta/atendimento...triste... Outro ponto negativo é o fato de cobrarem 15 reais de garagem, fato que não estava claro na hora da reserva.

The hotel is average. Rooms are comfortable, but beds are small. Breakfast is fine with several options. Location is good with a big supermarket at walking distance. The Staff? Needs training. Too squared, too limited, which makes them pretty useless.

It is getting better, but still a long way to go!

Well, the place has a lot of potentials, however, it is not quite there. Staff in a shift is not enough to take care of a hotel this big. They are also powerless, so anything different, they have no power to do anything. It has improved a lot since last time I was there, but I would recommend more training for the staff and a shift manager that can actually solve problems.

Uma excelente opcao em erechim

Novo, bem localizado mas com alguns pontos a melhorar. O atendimento na recepcao ainda deixa a desejar e colocar funcionarios em treinamento sem acompanhamento eh uma temeridade. De qualquer forma, excelente hotel.
