“We stayed at White Camel Acaccia - which is a 5 tent camp setup by Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps. Excellent service, clean rooms. Food was wonderful. We had dinner and breakfast. Mustafa took care of every little request and detail. Merzouga Luxury Camps have two sites close to each other. This is the smaller site. Personalized service.”

We spent 2 nights at the camp and I am so glad that we did, one just would not be enough. Although the food, surroundings, stargazing, camel rides, and four wheeling through the dunes are amazing, the best part of Horaz is the wonderful, warm staff. “I arrived early morning. But Lahcen(the owner of the hotel) picked up us in supratour bus station. And let us use the room we made reservation! We enjoyed 4x4 jeep tour including sand board and sunset. It was very good time for us. And Lahcen let us stay in a room to wait our return bus after check out~ I really recommend this nice auberge.”

Stanza, molto ampia, tutta in effetto pisé, con un balconcino esterno. In effetti, non è che la stanza fosse sporca, ma anche lo spazio dove appoggiare le cose è in effetto pise e tende a trattenere la polvere e quindi appoggiandoci i vestiti possono rimanere un po' impolverati. “A beautiful unique place right at the sand dunes. The description "connected with a shopping center" is wrong, there is no shopping center. It is connected with a well-equipped camping site. The last stretch of the access road goes across sand, unpaved. Camel rides are right next door. “The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. I wish it'd been more authentic and less "fancy". I should also warn that the heat does not and has not worked in the camp in some time. We...
