โThe staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. โI had an incredible stay in the Merzouga Sahara Desert, at this camp which perfectly situated at the foot of the highest sand dunes and near a beautiful lake. โIt was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10.
The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our ratingโ
โThe tent is big, wc and shower inside the tent, it is so much cold on the night, we get cold, dinner is good (soup, tagine, fruits), but breakfast has little option, (there is No egg)
