The hotel is incredibly peaceful, with breathtaking views and a beautiful atmosphere that made our stay feel so special. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. "Check in went well. Room is clean. Breakfast was great. Location on the river is fantastic. However, the hotel is showing its age and is currently in a state of renovations. Once the renovations are complete, the property would likely rate excellent in all aspects."

"This was a real treat! We took a cable car to get there, and we were immediately greeted by the staff. They showed us around and explained all the amenities. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner there, along with a delicious breakfast. The area around there has hiking amid beautiful mountain trails. The hot tub and pool were incredible. This is a special place."
