“통나무 분위기가 너무 마음에 들었다. 주변에 아무것도 없지만, 밥도 괜찮고 바로 앞에 버스정류장도 있었다.”

“오래된 건물에 오래된 시설의 호텔이라서 관리의 한계가 보입니다. 각종 편의시설 (드라이어, 티비 등등...) 이 부족하나 이런것들을 떠나 쉬고 가기엔 편안한 장소 입니다. 무선인터넷되 잘 되어 있고 화려하진 않지만 정갈한 아침 식사가 좋았습니다.”

“Lovely location, with nice grounds and the older part of the complex is spectacular. The newer part provided a spacious suite of rooms with kitchenette and dual aspect living room (it forms two sides of a quadrangle), for our family. Being in the roof meant that the window sills were low and these open fully, not an issue with older children. Breakfast is available in the older part of the complex, the coffee beans are locally roasted and resultant coffee delicious. Our Host was an encyclopaedia...

“Een prachtige locatie met grote tuin midden in het groen, waar het heerlijk stil is. Ruime en stijlvol ingerichte kamer, badkamer met inloopdouche. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, in de kamer gebracht, met lekker veel fruit, vers geperst pompelmoessap, croissant, chocoladekoek , stokbrood kaas, rauwe ham, konfituren etc koffie of thee (ook op de kamer). Parkeerruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. ”

“Begijnhof Hotel is not a brand-name hotel but a hotel with local tradition and history. The building itself is old, but has been well maintained. Warm welcome and hospitality is what one can expect from this hotel. It is conveniently located near KU-Leuven, many local restaurants, and attractions. Croissant in the morning buffet - one of the best I have had. Highly recommended.”

“오래된 고성을 개조한 호텔 같습니다. 좋게 이야기하면 고풍스럽고, 나쁘게 이야기하면 괴기스럽습니다. 욕실은 매우 훌륭합니다. 호텔 조식은 평균적이고, 호텔에서 제공하는 레스토랑에서의 석식은 매우 좋았습니다. 산 정상 부분에 있어 경치는 좋으나, 관광하기에는 적합해 보이진 않습니다. 전체적으로 우리나라 북악스카이웨이에 있는 삼청각을 호텔로 개조해 놓은 듯한 느낌의 호텔입니다.”
