"Great hotel if you are looking to relax and disconnect, only one block from the beach! Only would mention that they have limited parking so you may want to book early and the hotel does not offer a lot of entertainment, bar usually closes 10/11 pm."

"My partner and I came to Mallorca and the Universal Cabo Blanco from the US to see the eclipse. We couldn't have chosen better. The hotel and the town are very quiet and relaxing. Our room faced the ocean and west, so we could literally see the eclipse from our balcony. A big con: for an adults-only hotel, ostensibly catering to couples, the beds sucked. They were comfy, but two separate twins pushed together—and they didn't STAY together. Not conducive to coupling, if you know what I mean. There is only street parking if you've rented a car (we didn't). The filtered water station in the lobby was GREATLY appreciated and made great use of. The staff of the hotel are amazing, especially the dining room and bar staff. Even the handyman was nice. And the cleaning staff were attentive. (Note to US travelers; bring your own washcloths. They do not exist in this part of the world.) I also really liked the manager on duty that week. We got the breakfast package which was plentiful and set us up for the day. We only ate at the restaurant for dinner once or twice; if you are from the US, the menu is very continental and I wasn't crazy about it, but it was tasty. "Snacks" is really "lunch" and also good, though a tad pricey. Another con: the "beach" is rock and you really need water shoes because the rocks in the water are slippery, but a 20-minute walk gets you to the lovely white sand El Trenc. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was very clean and the pool was beautiful, but Expedia did not tell the hotel of our request for 2 beds upon booking and only requested a double room. Upon arrival, we were given a room with only 1 full bed and no alternative, which was no fault of the hotel, but definitely clarify prior to arrival! Also, the staff was not the most helpful with transportation around the area. They offered to call a cab for us but only if we were in the lobby in person and then stated that getting a cab back would have to be figured out ourselves, so just be careful and research bus lines if you don’t rent a car yourself. Otherwise it was a decent stay for akin to any other at 3 star hotel!"

"It's a fantastic place! A great pool bar and pool-side bar that serves good food. Dinner buffet is fine but not great. The food service hours are a bit restrictive. A quick walk into a city with lots of shopping and restaurants, and a very nice beach. Lots of children and activities for all ages. Extremely friendly to non-Spanish speakers. It seems like all public-facing staff are fluent in English and German, as well as Spanish."
