"This is the second time we’ve stayed here and our stay has been brilliant. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. The hotel facilities are great; the pool is lovely and padel court was a great surprise to us! No matter what time you go for breakfast, the selection of food is fresh and vast. "We had a great week here at AluaSoul, I don’t know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army. The adults-only pool is lovely with lots of loungers with own fully stocked bar with snacks. Great staff. Really quiet and friendly place. Will be back. "

"The location is fantastic overlooking the sea with ships and boats of all sizes heading into the harbour. The short journey to and from Mahon is easy and inexpensive. The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent with a variety of choices everyday cooked fresh with something for everyone. We’ve been several times before and certainly will be back, thank you."

"Had a great break here, very relaxing, staff all very friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean throughout with staff constantly tidying up, drinks were of a high standard (even the Sangria on tap) and the food whilst not loads of choice was all tasty and well cooked, would definitely return."

"We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
