“Wonderful property with nice swimming pools and activities for the kids. The camping would be excellent if the service level would be in line with the quality of the resort. Service in restaurants is really poor. They are understaffed and most of employees (except Hector!) are inexperienced and not really motivated. “El spa excelente y la oferta familiar (niños gratis) muy bien. El único fallo, la recepcionista de la tarde que nos dijo que podíamos desayunar en el bufé o en la cafetería. Naturalmente, el bufé es excesivo (18 por persona), con lo cual decidimos escoger la cafetería. A la mañana siguiente nos dicen que la cafetería solo abre a partir de las 10 y media de la mañana. O sea, que o bufé, o nada. Ese tipo de informaciones incorrectas perjudican a las familias con niños que quieren organizarse.”
