This is a fun property. Nothing fancy but exactly as described. Lots of fun hikes and drives in the area. Ethan was such a great host, enjoyed talking to him and (Lacey?). Very accommodating, you just need to ask if you need something they sure will try to make it happen! Lucy the cat was even super friendly! Second time staying here and I would stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff took an older motel and turned it into a very comfortable and thoughtful stay. We loved the lounge chairs out front of our room to watch the sunset, and to sip on a few beers. Ethan was amazing! He showed us the room, explained the TV system, and encouraged us to reach out for any questions. The bed was very comfortable. The room was comfortable, and the suade couch quite decadent. It was a very pleasant surprise for a great price.

Ethan was very helpful, responsive and on site to help us check in. Decor is truly on cowboy theme. However, much of it seems old and of low quality. Towels are thin and a few had holes. Tub/shower didn’t drain well. Fridge very small but worked well. AC works well also. Great location and we love Escalante.

Loved this place! Super cute and comfy. One of the best we stayed along our trip. Enjoyed the porch and neat fence line of metal items. Definitely would stay again. Only issue we had was with the hot water in the shower. Too hot too quick. But overall great stay!
