Full five stars

Such a nice hotel with outstanding service. The location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere and it is close to the train station as well. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The fried pepper and the beead were good surprises at the breakfast. The parking for the car not very practical (got to walk 5 kibutes to reqch that).

Excellent location

Very nice hotel. We choose a superior room and had a large bed and one extra bed for our child. The room was spacious and enough for us. Breakfast was included and very good as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. Location is the best there is since it is in the middle of everything and you just walk outside the entrance to find restaurants and shopping right there. We will come back to this hotel. Price is affordable as well.

The hotel is very good, beautiful and the room is spacious and very clean. The location is good and close to public transport. My only complaint is the air conditioning that did not work for 3 nights on 2 and if someone in the apartment turns on the heater the entire apartment will have a heater and no A/C

Central on the Pedestrian Zone

The hotel's location is great for a walking tour of the city center, enjoying variety of restaurants and coffee shops, hopping on a boat ride, shopping for authentic food items and so on. The parking situation is a bit complicated though as the hotel's front door is on the pedestrian zone. However, hotel offers valet service, which you would need and also when arriving better call the hotel for instructions on how to arrive as navigation may be tricky. There's a nice chain restaurant (Emirgan Sutiş) at the entrance which also provides the room service. Try the soups. The pub on the premises also looked quite charming but I didn't have a chance to try. The rooms are comfortable, clean and of good size.

Great place to stay!

Very nice hotel, modern and updated with good standard. Location is at its prime. Staff are so nice. We have stayed here before and will come back next year again.

I stayed only one night. I couldn’t sleep because the sheets, comforter, and pillow covers were synthetic fabric, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable Clean, quiet, helpful and nice stuff.

Central, Spacious and Fun

It’s my second visit here and I chose it among many other suitable hotels in the city. It’s a new property with spacious in the heart of the city, its doors actually opening to the pedestrian zone. The train station is almost across from the hotel.

Это был хороший отель. Мы отдыхали с мужем 1 день, брали только номер без завтрака. Отель находится в центре города, рядом ходит трамвай, есть много разных кафе, недалеко красивая река. В самом отеле у нас не было никаких проблем, номер был чистый и просторный. Из минусов могу отметить, что из соседних номеров доносился запах сигарет, так как в отеле можно курить.

1 gecelik konaklama yaptık, odaya girdiğimizde genel görünüm temizdi ancak havasızdı. Gece boyunca arka sokakta bulunun eğlence mekanlarındaki tüm ses oda içerisindeydi. Çünkü, pencere tam kapanmadığı için ses, müzik ve soğuk havaya maruz kaldık ve uyuyamadık. Lavaboda musluk ağız kısmında cif vb yoğun deterjan kalıntısı çok uzun zamandır orada gibi kalıplaşmış görünüyordu. Klozet sanki yeterli temizlenmemiş bizden önce çkkanın arkasından odaya girmişiz gibi bir hava vardı genel olarak.

Odada şampuan vesaire yoktu. Banyo temiz değildi . Odalarda sigara içilmiş. Havlular kokuyordu. Tek mantıklı yanı konumu. Bide yatakları rahattı fakat oda çoook havasızdı cam açmama rağmen düzelmedi boğazımız kurudu. Onun haricinde teşekkürler herkese.
