"Staff was amazing and helpful from reception to the housekeeping/cleaners. Gym was small but functional and it is extra 15 euros to use the spa faculties next door which was being refurbished on our visit and quite busy. The breakfast was basic and the usual. "I checked in after 10AM and room was ready! After a long cruise, they had no idea how happy this made me. My room was very clean, almost sterile! Shower was huge, tv stations basic cable but not so comfy bed. Loved their snack bar (lunch), rooftop bar for light appetizers and drinks (careful of the sun) and the restaurant for dinner-food was so good!! Gym was too small-I didn’t bother. "There are too many flies around the restaurants and food in the red level lounge. This needs to be addressed. The hotel is beautiful though but this fly issue was off putting. My wife didn’t consume any food in the red level lounge for this reason."
