Clean, quiet, and close to grocery stores and Castelldefels. I particularly liked I was not disturbed for 3 days when I was dejetlegging myself from long flight and needed time to myself.

The blonde haired receptionist was a bit rude when telling me we needed check in but she was able to get us rooms when checking in. We found about 6 or 5 ants/cockaroaches in our room. It was clean overall and the housecleaning was always refilling our supplies. However the room infront of us was noisy with a toddler in the night we could not sleep well as they kept crying and then on other nights there was people coming from the events being a bit rowdy in the hallways. Thankfully the ac helped muffle the noise. I enjoyed the pool as well.

This hotel had a plaque at the front entrance identifying it as a four-star hotel, but overall I’d give it three stars. I stayed at other hotels during my vacation and found that where this hotel falls short of its four-star claim is the lack of a good breakfast selection, especially when I’m paying 18 EUR daily, and the chef even refused to prepare scrambled eggs for me.

Bella struttura perfetta per visitare Barcellona. Camere molto grandi e molto comode, con ogni confort. Vicina all'aeroporto. La stazione dei treni di Castelldefels è raggiungibile con una tranquilla passeggiata. Più vicine si trovano alcune fermate bus. A pochi metri dall'hotel c'è un grande centro commerciale con un supermercato e molti locali per mangiare. Casteldefels è un bel paesino tranquillo sul mare.

This was the perfect place for us to stay between flights. We were able to check in after midnight and get some much needed rest before our afternoon flight the next day. The location is convenient but uber/taxi/lyfts are expensive in Barcelona - an airport shuttle would be much appreciated!

The room was really spacious and clean. There’s a hair drier and an iron which I think is really handy. The facilities of the hotel were great! Swimming pool was cleaned and well maintained and the sauna was also really good. The staff were really kind and helpful from the receptionists to the bar staff to the cleaners. Will definitely recommend this hotel and I will be looking forward to stay here again soon.

Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. As soon as we walked into the hotel to check-in, they were very welcoming and the decor felt expensive and like it was a special hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size, with lots of space, but they both felt dated. That said, they were clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept on. Nice big pool with room to swim and plenty of sun loungers , We ate in the hotel one evening, but the food was luke warm - I returned it the first time asking for it to be warmer, but it came back the same. Location was good for buses to the beach or into Barcelona (X95 Express) and also the train station. There was a large shopping centre within a 5 minute walk with supermarkets, cinema and restaurants. Would recommend and hope to stay again next year

Worst hotel experience ever. We arrived at 1:00PM but were only able to check in at 3:20PM, and to make matters worse, the first room we were assigned already had someone inside. We were then moved to another room where the air conditioning was not working. We left around 4:30PM after being promised the AC would be fixed, but when we returned at 10:30PM, it still wasn’t working and the room was too hot. They offered us an electric fan, which we refused, and we finally got moved to another room at around 11:30PM. The staff seemed very disorganized and unable to properly handle the situation, leaving us waiting for hours with little communication. On top of everything, our rental car was damaged in the hotel parking lot, and the hotel was not very helpful when we asked for assistance. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. If you can avoid this hotel, I strongly recommend doing so.

Check in was awful. Long queues, barely anyone on reception, said 3pm check in at 4pm they said they couldn’t check in yet as rooms not ready. When I said but check in is 3, the receptionist goes well I don’t clean the room so not my fault. Dirty bathroom also.

Zimmer waren nicht sauber, das Frühstück war der grösste Reinfall. Wie kann man soetwas nur Frühstück nennen…? Unygienische Zustände, Käse lag ungekühlt, Tische waren nicht geputzt, Essen lag auf dem Boden keine einzige Kaffeemaschine funktionierte. Safe war defekt, Abhilfe wurde nicht geschaffen, Zimmer waren ungeputzt, Zimmerkarten funktionierten nicht. Fremde Haare waren auf dem Bettlaken und in den Handtüchern. Hatte ein schlechteres Zimmer bekommen als das was ich gebucht habe. Die Zimmer haben nichts mi den Bildern zu tun gehabt. im Fitnessstudio waren sämtliche Geräte defekt. Nur ein Laufband hat funktioniert.Ein furchtbares Hotel!!! Mitarbeiter sehr inkompetent und unfreundlich.

We loved staying here. Clean, spacious, and conveniently located closed to shopping (5 minute walk to the mall), the beach (10 minute cab ride), and the town center (15 minute walk) with many restaurants and cafes. The staff were super friendly and accommodating!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
