"A lovely hotel outside the city center of Luz, its rooms are large and comfortable, with balcony access around a massive outdoor pool. The staff are beyond excellent. Oh - and the water pressure is divine, along with a ceiling mounted “rain shower”. The location helps with the noise at nights though it makes dinner a bit difficult. The bar is closed on Mondays so you’ll have to walk into town, and rooms lack kettles/coffee marker and even cups, so you’re not going to make anything to eat in the room. All in all, great service and rooms, but a few more amenities per room would help out the stream of hikers from the Trail."

"Breakfast was nice, always some fresh fruit and other goodies. Room size is large and wonderful terrace. The mattress was very firm. There was an issue with the bathroom cleanliness.. looked liked mold in the crevices in the bottom. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and Marlene was amazing! I am only taking a star off (really wish it could only be half a star off) because the bathroom in the space was a little unique. It is very clean, but it is not in a separate location, just in the bedroom with glass dividers. It worked for us, but just different. Everything else was amazing. The location was great, the food was incredible and everyone was so nice and helpful! "

"The pool is really clean and nice. The pool bar is closed indefinitely which was a shame. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which seems really early to me so I missed that opportunity. The bathrooms were pretty gross but I didn't feel like I was staying in a dirty room. Aside from a few gross hairs on the shower head. The hotel is extremely dated. The landscaping really needs to be maintained better. I'm sure 20 years ago this was an awesome place, but I do understand that there's not a ton of selection in Luz, so overall was happy to stay in this location"
