"Very clean command welcoming stafff"

"I did not use parking. The neighborhood did not feel safe, so I did not go anywhere."

"This was a great hotel for us. We stayed two nights: after our arrival in San Jose, and then again before our departure. The shuttle is so easy to spot when you're tired (it's blue), the front desk team excellent, and the breakfast was great. On departure we had an early flight and were provided a to go breakfast. We took a to go cup of coffee and it was just right! There is also a Denny's right there for an easy dinner. Our only complaint (and why it's 4 out of 5) is the air conditioner and fan is very loud!! Depsite that however, we'll stay here again on our next trip to CR!"

"Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We did use the airport shuttle and that went fine. Restaurants are right nearby and can easily walk there. For some reason I thought there was a pool. There isnt."

"Easy drive to the airport. Breakfast was self-serve and simple but fine. There was lots of dust in the bed frame and on the ceiling fan blades, enough that we did not want to turn it on. Shuttle service to airport was convenient but three times the price of an Uber. Walking distance to many restaurants and the cathedral and square. Fine for one night!"

"Located in downtown Alajuela this hotel offers a continental breakfast consisting of rice and beans, scrambled eggs, toast, and one sausage along with juice. The rooms are dated and in need of some care, but the price is reasonable. The rooms consist of a bed bathroom no television and no other amenities. As with all concrete buildings, there is noise, and noise travels. They do have room rooms away from the the roads, which make for a somewhat quiet night sleep. "

"The room was spotlessly clean. Everything is white. The bathroom is excellent! Staff are excellent and personable. I will definately stay again. The tourist van that took me at 5 am to the airport cost colones 4,000."
