โThis is my go to stay in San Jose. The staff is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the area is great, and the vibe is relaxed. I have nothing at all bad to say about this place and I plan to stay here many more times when I pass through San Jose.โ
โWe stayed at this hotel in May and KNEW we needed to go back. We had the opportunity to be back in Costa Rica this past week, and stayed here overnight so that we would be close to the airport in the morning. The staff is exceptionally professional, and kind. We always book dinner at the hotel, and it is wonderful. We feel like royalty or celebrities while we are there, and the rooms are really lovely. โWe were able to check in two hours early and allowed to breakfast for a fee even though we werenโt technically checked in as yet. Daily house keeping and breakfast was very tasty & fresh. Love the hospitality of the employees. Front desk helped us with a car rental, excursion and restaurant reservation as hubby and I were celebrating of 25th wedding anniversary. We also used guess laundry. Definitely a pleasant experience. โ
