The hotel is beautiful, in the heart of the city. The staff is amazing and always ready to help you in any way. I highly recommend including breakfast in your reservation; it's worth every penny. And if you can add the Premium Level. It's the best of the best. Drinks and food are included all day. They have a variety of delicious food options, and the service is outstanding. We are planning to go back again. I am a very happy customer.

I had reservations about this hotel when I booked as I had read a couple of bad reviews and was worried the ones I was reading were not legitimate. I stayed with my two adult kids for a relaxing couple of days before a tour and we loved this hotel!! The staff were lovely and it was safe and clean. The staff here was so great and wonderful. Brandon was so informative and helpful he answered all of our questions and gave alot of helpful advice. The breakfast here was so good and the bar was phenomenal. The vibe there and the cost of things there was wonderful. Love this hotel I would most definitely be booking this place again when I come back to costa rica. You won't regret booking this hotel.
