This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. The location is good and the food is good as well, but overall the hotel is overpriced.

Sushi restaurant was total scam. On the menu it was $23 for 25 roll and came out near $40. With excg rate 485, it was 11,163 colones. On the bill 19,414. Even with the higher excg rate the price didn't add up. Tempura was also about 40% up from menu price. 10% service and 13% IVA was extra. Hotel staff at entrance area were also very unwelcoming and rude. Breakfast and happy hour was excellent. Reception and all other staff were very nice. But again, Sushi restaurant staff, males especially looked at us like aliens and did not show any kind of welcome gesture.

We were granted a suite, wich was very spacious, the proble was the phone by the bed, it didn"t work. The service was very slow. The bathtub was broken, the room had a water leak by the door of the bathrooom, I think there is a great load of eork to improve the hotel. We stayed at the lounge tower, the service was always very kind, congratulations, they prepare for me a great machiato. The spa was spotless, this is the reason to return again to the hotel. The corridors were very messy people left trays, dirty napkins, empty botles outside the rooms, this is no good for the brand you represent, the manager should always look more into these details.

the hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff were excellent and the bar was well stocked and the service was excellent. My only observation, is that for a property that large, it should have a small club vive place, nothing over the top. I didn't see a game room, like pool tables etc. if you have it, then I didn't see it.
