The wonderful staff at the Marala hotel are absolutely outstanding in customer service! The hotel is beautifully chic with an awesome pool, bar, restaurant, guest rooms and overall property views and sites! Wonderful Stay – Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Service The hotel is beautiful with stunning views and nice, comfortable rooms. The staff were fantastic—very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s conveniently located just 5 minutes from the beach and about 1.5 hours from San José airport. Amazing hotel!! Rooms were the best we had in CR. Incredible view of the ocean. My girlfriend did not want to leave the pool. Swim up bar was fun and the Monkey Mango Margarita was top notch. Emploees were great and always very helpful. Restaraunt was very good and convenient.

Friendly owner and staff.

The owner and the staff were amazingly friendly. It is a gorgeous hotel with incredible view to the Pacific Ocean. I can recommend it without hesitation!
