"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. A small downside is the under equipped gym which deserves an upgrade. I truly recommend this property weather as a starting point to the wonders I this region, or just for a calm and relaxing day in the Sicily countryside."

Even with a touch of winter still in the landscape, the beauty and tranquillity of the estate are felt the moment you pass through the gate and approach the main house. Above the estate, Etna in Bianco dominates the sky, while the view from the villa’s terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the landscape below. What makes the place truly special is the care and passion of the Grasso family and their dedicated team, who make you feel more like a guest of the family than a visitor. The chef’s creations are exceptional, making every meal a memorable experience, with new dishes already being meticulously planned for the summer season. "Wonderful place. Spacious, impeccably clean rooms, very friendly owners who clearly take great pride in the house, lovely breakfast. "

"Grand old villa, with grand furniture. Close to Mt Etna cable car, very convenient. Our chef prepared fresh ravioli, and rissoto, plus delicious mains for our meal at night. Followed up with fresh prepared sicilian breakfast in the morning. We got lost due to google maps, and staff came to find us, which was appreciated. Room was comfy and huge, a very enjoyable night."

"The hosts are remarkable people. The property is basically an estate that has a couple rental rooms. Rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking an olive grove. I cannot say enough positive about the home and the gracious hosts. Highly recommended."
