The restaurant snd bar area were well appointed, but our room left a lot to be desired. It was clean, but I wouldn’t put kids on the rug, that didn’t come off as being clean. Smallest shower in the world. Tough for a big guy. Same with the lift, one person one suitcase. Parking was a real pain, and no area designated to drop off bags or easy parking. Get what you pay for.

Hotel in centro città a pochi passi dalla celebre cattedrale. L'albergo è pulito e ben arredato il stile retrò. Personalmente preferisco il moderno, ma è solo una questione di gusto. Il bagno è essenziale e se ci fosse solo la doccia al posto del soffione appeso, sarebbe più comodo. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Hôtel très bien placé pour un court séjour à Chartres avec visite de l' incontournable cathédrale, déjà vue auparavant mais qui mérite toujours un retour. Pas de déplacement en véhicule sur tout le vieux Chartres., Séjour bref mais reposant.

Super location, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. The only issue was their parking garage was full, so we had to park in a public garage.

The inside of the hotel and bedrooms are beautifully decorated! Front desk employees were very nice. The hotel is right in the center of Chartres. The bathrooms were clean yet a bit outdated. Our neighbors and I could hear extremely loud pipe sounds coming from our shared bathroom walls all night--I swear those things were shrieking. Besides that it was an awesome hotel.

Lovely funky hotel
Fabulous location and a very cool hotel. The room was lovely but the bathroom was quirky and not ideal with only a bath and no shower curtain or window blind. Bed was incredibly comfortable.

Hard to get into the hotel as there was no drop off near the entrance. Entrance was on a busy street and not clearly marked. Elevator was so small it only fit one person and maybe two bags at a time. Smallest elevator I have ever seen—- maybe one meter by one meter in size?

Staff were welcoming, and there were enough English speaking to help me navigate my way through a foreign country alone. Went out of their way to help arrange transportation for me!

Excellent location, good food and friendly staff.
Lovely location, good restaurant, friendly staff, negative was bathroom size and a bit of peeling paint. Also bag drop a bit tricky but that is the nature of the location.

The hotel staff were very personable and well informed about the area and events. Each room was perfect. The rooms were spacious, the beds were quite comfortable, and the amenities more than met our needs. There was plenty of variety at breakfast that accommodated every need for our group.

Adresse parfaite pour visiter Chartres
Petite virée de 24 heures pour voir les éclairages somptueux sur la cathédrale, Le Boeuf Couronné, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare, est l'endroit parfait pour dormir. On peut même voir la cathédrale depuis son lit dans certaines chambres. Accueil chaleureux, lits confortables, bon buffet petit-déjeuner et bar ouvert tard pour une collation en fin de soirée. Chambres et salle-de-bains un peu petites, mais tout à fait confortables et correctes.

Si vous avez le sommeil léger , à fuir!!! L’impression d’avoir dormi sur la route avec en prime mon voisin dans la chambre !!! Je l’ai entendu au téléphone, devant sa télé et ronfler toute la nuit. A 2h du matin, j’ai souhaité joindre l’accueil pour changer de chambre mais le téléphone était factice et non fonctionnel avec de toute façon aucun répertoire d’appel ! Pas de possibilité de se faire livrer en chambre (service adapté surtout avec les histoires de pass sanitaire ) Sinon hôtel magnifique ! Dommage

Small rooms and a very small lift. But at least it has a lift. Lovely but very expensive bar with the smallest amount of pastis in a glass I have ever seen. Restaurant served excellent food . Good service and convenient position for old town and as a stop over.

Hôtel bien situé, en cette ville. Personnel très accueillant. Établissement "accueillant". Chambre plutôt propre, à l'exception de la moquette qui ne semblait pas avoir été aspirée. Les murs sont très fins et laissent passer trop de bruits.

Short stay In Chartres
A modern but charming hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful. The hotel is situated just a two minute walk from the cathedral and all town centre shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was pleasant and the food and service superb. A good breakfast was available each morning in the bar area. Parking was difficult, or expensive if using the cathedral car park but the hotel has a few private reserved spaces in a car park just 50m away which can be used, if available, for a reasonable daily charge.
