“It was very comfortable and clean! The sheets were exceptionally soft and the bed was really comfortable. The AC was leaking the first day and they were very responsive and had it fixed in a couple hours. It was 90+ outside while we were there and the room stayed cool. I would stay here again. ”

“This is a beautiful old rooming house. Kristi was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking is behind the building (up a steep hill) and all access is via outdoor stairs. Our suite was spacious and clean. The large double shower was nice:) Location is just a very short walk from lots of shops and places to eat. Will stay again next time we are in the area.”

“Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage...
