โWhat a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. โ
โBathroom was clean and shower area newly renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, lent us a connector when mine did not work. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.โ
โThis property is close to a beautiful lake side walk - so location is perfect. The are some Great Lakeside eating places. The bedrooms are spacious, spacious living and dining room and well equipped kitchen. โ

The speed himp outside the reception area needs to be modified as it hits the undercarriage of most cars driving through to the hotel carpark.โ
โHelpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. Was away with work so the indoor pool, spa and sauna was amazing after a hard day. Only issue was bed was a bit lumpy and too much light coming thru windows at nightโ
