"The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the front desk staff super helpful. They had a breakfast buffet but we never used it. Close to the train station to Madrid but not much else around. Only bad thing was the internet was very spotty and you could only run 2 devices - if you asked they gave you a code so you could hook up more. "
"Nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wegbeschreibung könnte besser sein. Wenn man vor der buchstäblichen Hausnummer 42 steht, ist der Pfeil an der linken Gebäudeseite nicht wirklich hilfreich. Wir haben den Eingang mithilfe der freundlichen Nachbarn aber gefunden."
"Positives include good beds, and had a room safe. Negatives include: very tiny room, all night street noises (room not sound proofed when other guests are noisy), very tiny bathroom, tiny soap, no shampoo, slippery tub hard to get into and out of, no coffee in lobby, (many decent cafes nearby), wifi ONLY in lobby, only one slow noisy elevator, and curtain did not block light. "
"The property was overbooked we could not stay. Its been more than two weeks and they still have not reimbursed us.
What was supposed to be a fun vacation has turned out to be a bureaucratic nightmare."

"The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it. "
