Good evening. My partner and I stayed at your hotel April 6th for my birthday and we generally were pleased with the stay, but a couple things of note occurred that I thought I would pass along. #1 Ennis was a joy. Great personality and very helpful, #2 the view was great #3 our TV didn’t work. We called the front desk and maintenance came, got it working, but told us not to turn it off or we would lose the connection! We left it on when we went to dinner, but it was still disconnected from service when we returned, so I had to watch SNL on my phone :( #4 there was no information in the room about WiFi, room service, food, fire exits, amenities etc. usually a room has a binder with info. We had nothing. We are returning to Everett next month for my partner’s birthday and may be returning to your hotel and hope the TV works! 🙂

The room was really nice overall but the furniture was extremely uncomfortable….more the type of furniture that’s only meant to look at but not for relaxing. The swimming pool was extremely cold…..just room temperature…..maybe 70 deg. For a hotel of this caliber, it should be at least 85 deg. Coldest hotel pool ever so my son was very disappointed. Nice hotel otherwise. If it had comfortable furniture and a warm pool, I would rate it a 5 and come back often.

Room was nice, the pool area was discussing.
The room was tidy and clean, however the pool and the pool area needed attention, we spent a lot of time there so I was able to observe the same dirty areas 2 days in a row. Hair in the pool, around the pool, in the shower room, as well as what appeared to be vomit in the shower room.

Not Great
This is the second year we booked for new years eve at this location. Last year we were told the pool was out of order so we left because… we were coming as a staycation so my kid could swim. This year we confirmed early and it was working so we continued with plans. The day before our stay we were emailed and said there was a problem with our room (suite, splurged for holiday) they offered us a different room at a discount and confirmed the pool was working. The room was large with a view but there was splatter on the ceiling (blood? Mold?) broken soap dispensers in the shower. The pool and whirpool hot tub were freezing the first day, the second day the pool heater was working and there was a sign on whirpool that it was out of order. There were no towels at the pool and water everywhere. We asked for towels and no one ever brought them. The coffee at the cafe was broken all they had was drip that tasted like gas station coffee in a starbucks cup they charged us $10 for. At a glance the hotel looks nice but there is a lot that needs improvement. We won’t stay again, we like the Delta a mile a way will stick with that next time.

This property is in a great location. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The views toward the Sound are beautiful. The staff is top notch!

Very late check in was easy. Our two rooms were already organised to be next to each other by the hotel. Big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Check in and check out was very efficient.

Barebones service , hotel clean
No menu in room or online. Morning breakfast not included, and at the time only had limited menu (only one egg sandwich available) , espresso machine down. Front clerk did not ask how things went or how my experience was, only looked to process me in and out asap.

Nice clean spot, modern and quiet.
Great hotel for a single night passing through. One main issue: There were no luggage carts available as it seemed everyone was storing them in their rooms. I had lots of bags and no way to transport them to my room and back. I get it’s not the staffs fault that people did this but they need a system to be able to retrieve them like AirTags or something.

Not what a Marriott should be
Disappointing for a Marriott hotel. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Front desk lady asked my wife how often we wanted maid service. My wife said “everyday.” The lady said “OK, we’ll just call the front desk and tell us when you want maid service.” So we had to call every day to get service. Lastly, the hotel is not in a safe area of Everett. There are homeless people everywhere including in front of the hotel. The main entrance to the hotel is not even open, you have to be buzzed in by someone at the front desk. Come on Marriott, you can do better.

Easy access.
Convenient hotel for Everett Theatre. Very pleasant staff and helpful. The bed is firmer than we like, but the room was spacious and quiet. We would use again. Note - parking is $14, but you can park on the street. Check your bill - they charge you for parking, but they refunded ours quickly since we did not park in garage.

Literally right in downtown. Makes it very easy to get to shops and other activities such as concerts and games at the Angel of the Winds arena. Property is very modern and well maintained.

Excellent Customer service, the staff very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and the beds very comfortable, best sleep I've had in a very long time! Secure parking garage is a plus too.
