"Our room was nice, no complaints, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. The location of the hotel is right below famous Citadel. The only complaint I have is the parking. There is a parking lot and garage but it is on the other side of the casino which makes checking in and out a bit challenging. There is free parking at the hotel but because it is connected to the casino, all of the casino customers take it up. When we arrived at about 5pm, all the free spaces near the hotel were full and there were very few in the paid lot (25 Euros per night), but when we left in the morning, there was plenty of free parking. I think the free spaces near the hotel should be reserved for hotel guests. There is no handicapped parking at all, and I use a walker for long walks. Other than the parking, the hotel is very nice and I would recommend it."

"Lovely hotel, great room and staff very polite and helpful. We didnāt use the Spa facilities but we may stay longer next time and use them. Itās a shame the Brothers Grill was closed however we dined across the road and it was very good. Lovely atrium area for a quiet chill with a local fruit beer! Whatās not to like? Bathroom in our room was spacious and working the shower out was simple. We stayed during a hot spell with temperatures reaching 30 degrees so the air conditioning was struggling, noisy and ineffective so we slept with ear plugs in. We stayed in room 526 and found that the shower leaked into the bathroom area quite badly. This would not deter us from staying again."

"Very much enjoyed our overnight in Namur. Clean spaces, friendly staff, great rates. Construction on the bar made it confusing to get a drink and late night snack as it was still advertised on the hotel tv. We waited and took a seat in the restaurant only to find out thatās was the only service offered at that time. Other than that and excellent facility."

"Comfortable hotel conveniently located, good breakfast, garage for motorbikes was very welcome and reasonable price. Would be 5 stars but let down by small details, kettle in room but no supplies, fridge but no bottled water, no toiletries for the shower, no toilet roll in one room, light bulbs blown, staff were indifferent, check in process was laborious. A great little hotel waiting to get out, it wouldnāt take much to get that extra star!"

"The location was perfect and parking was easily available at an extra cost if needed. I arrived much later than I'd planned so didn't get to enjoy Dinant and all it's beautiful surroundings so I will definitely be back!"

"Nice location on the river, and although the pool isn't a swimming pool - more of a plunge pool - it was nice to cool off in. We would have stayed there longer but left due to the number of smokers; unfortunately in a courtyard area like that it's hard to get away from other people's smoke! Our room was a little tired - could do with a paint to freshen it up - and we struggled to find enough sockets to charge our electrical items. Staff were very helpful and kindly let us use the garage to park our motorbikes in overnight. It's a 15-20 min walk to the area where all the main bars/restaurants are, but there's a lot going on in the town so it's worth the walk. Barman made a great mojito!"
