"Room was spotless and mattress was very comfortable."

"I’ve been staying at this hotel multiple weeks for the past 2 months. And this stay was the worse. Bathroom was dirty, I wasn’t hot water and also Andre at the front I believe he was having a bad day or something. He was very rude and disrespectful with me and my crew. He didn’t even apologize for what he say. "

"Excellent room. Great in room amenities. Feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. Extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean. This is a self service hotel. If you are on the second floor be prepared for a long flight of stairs. There is no elevator. Met the owner on my way in. Great lady. We had a lovely chat, she is doing great things to revitalize the city. Gracious and happy to offer recommendations on dining. "

"We love Hampton. Plain and simple. You make a reservation. The day of arrival you get an email to reserve your room AND get keyless entry to your room. That saves us a lot of time especially when you have been on the road for more than 12 hours. Our room was perfect. Bed, shower and roominess was what we expect. Thank you for what you do!"

"Hotel is very new and very clean. The bed is great and breakfast is better than other hotels. My only complaint is the surroundings which I felt is a bit unsafe but if staying in, it’s great. "
