"Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful. "Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "

"Very lovely stay in Exeter for 2 nights at the start of our Devon/Cornwall trip. Friendly staff! Great spa with a deal for hotel guests. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Right in the middle of everything. We will stay here again without even looking elsewhere if we come back this way. We loved Exeter!"

"I love the concept of sustainability here and it has been implemented extremely well, whilst maintaining high standards. The tea/coffee/hot chocolate area on each floor rather than in rooms gave more variety, better quality and the refillable water bottle in the room to use for the filtered water at the refreshment station was excellent. The bed was so comfy and the room was excrptionally bright, airy and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!"
