Bakk hostel is a very good place to stay

The apartment is a very clean and comfort place to stay in Iceland; its rent per night is very good; and property manager provided the wonderful customer service!

I was there for two nights, and could have quite easily stayed longer. The staff were amazing, even after checkout I was able to stay and do some work and make a drink etc. I will definitely be back

Wonderful two bedroom apartment with fully furnished kitchen. Just steps away from the water. Johann and his staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating. Johann called us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and even called to give us notice that the northern lights were visible outside! The village of Eyrarbakki was within a two hour drive of everything we wanted to visit on our trip to the south coast and I as far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city that we could unwind and enjoy the sights. We will definitely be returning to Iceland in the future and Bakki Apartments will be our base camp again for sure.

The room was nice with comfortable beds and a streaming capable TV. We liked that it had a refrigerator and small kitchenette along with a table to eat at. The outside of the building could use some upkeep, but the rooms were updated and nice.

Clean and spacious modern room!

Right next to the ocean. Clean and spacious modern room. Located in a tiny quiet town not too far from sellfoss. Owner was very friendly and gave us some interesting history of the area. Hostel was quiet and restful. A laundry facility would have been wonderful!
