“Rooms clean and tidy. Sink was blocked and took 18 hours to be assigned a new room even though the place was almost empty. Staff are virtual and kept getting told they had to wait for manager approval. Some beds were good but the double bed in the new room was awful and needs replacing.”

The electrical power points on the table near the bed made worrying crackling noises, which is a safety concern and definitely needs immediate attention. The taps are also old-fashioned, with separate hot and cold water controls rather than a mixer, making them inconvenient to use.”
