This hotel is amazing!! The views, food, staff, check in process, rooms and pools are fantastic. This was the first hotel we stayed in as apart of our honeymoon and we were overjoyed at how perfect everything was. Enjoyed our stay. We were only there for a layover before our cruise so we didn’t really use the amenities other than the fitness room (had all that I needed to get a good full body weight workout done), and the Algortherm Spa (we had a couples massage -well done-and used the steam room there. The resort needs a little bit of a makeover. Honestly, if they just spruced up all the hallways that are brown/off-white with some brighter colors, I think that would do wonders. The staff experience was phenomenal. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Friendly and attentive staff is what truly makes a resort wonderful, regardless if it needs a little refreshening.

The breakfast buffet was great! We also enjoyed the dinner buffet and show on Friday night; excellent dancers! Laura checked us in at reception when we arrived at the hotel and was very helpful with explaining all the details, which was nice because the line was so long it took us 40 minutes standing in line before it was our turn. I think you need more people working to check people in when a cruise ship is in town. The porters were exhausted by the time we were leaving our bags with them to wait for our room to be ready. It enjoyed being able to use the facilities before our room was ready and during our late checkout. Thank you!

You can’t beat the location , right on the ocean with beautiful views of Moorea. I was disappointed in the quality and condition. of the accommodation, very sparse and in need of renovation. Full breakfast available of average quality and very expensive. The food at Lotus was exceptional, unfortunately the waiter chose to give good service to two larger tables and largely ignored us.

The resort was very, very clean and organized and absolutely each and every staff member was so friendly and professional. The front desk staff, for example, assisted us with every request and question quickly, efficiently and with genuine smiles. The fitness centre was impressive and we used it a couple of times. The landscaping was amazing and you could tell they took a lot of pride in it and the over the water bungalow that we were in was a dream come true!

The hotel is nice and has a great Polynesia feel and the pool and grounds are great. The main restaurant feels a bit like a cafeteria but the other two restaurants are very nice.

Very helpful and courteous staff. The room is very clean and tidy. The complex is very children friendly too - shallow pool plus there is a pool for the adults with a swim up pool bar.
