This multi level accommodation was great for our family, however, not suitable for those who have limited mobility. My 90 year old grandmother was limited to her basement room as the steep stairs to the mid level living room was too much for her. Great for a small young family.

The 1st annual party in the park was good, I would suggest longer firework display and more food trucks but overall it was fun. Fairfax is a beautiful town, loved driving around.
