“Felt tricked being on second floor with elevator only to find there was a huge staircase to climb after we arrived on second floor with all our suitcases. No mention when room was given. Our four bags weighed a ton and no ramp to roll them so we had to carry up one at a time. Ridiculous.”

“This hotel is fantastic. Actually, my wife used this hotel several times to visit my son in Darmouth. She said every time when she stayed in this hotel the people working in this hotel are very kind and gentle. And new interiors are renewed, so hotel room is very clean and nice. Most of all, at the last day she have to go to Dartmouth coach station at the last day, the hotel step drive stop on the bus station with out any reward. Very thank you about your kind.
