"It was a wonderful stay. Great communication. Good AC. Perfect space for two people. Cooler and beach chairs were available making it super easy to walk over for a nice beach day and close enough to run back to use the bathroom. The one thing that could improve is having an outdoor shower so guests don’t drag in excess sand from the beach. "

"When I searched something in Fajardo Puerto Rico I was not expecting a 5 star hotel. And it was not, definitely. TV didn't work (not that I was going to watch it but if you pay the price for services...), but it was more the overall facility that looked pretty ok from the outside but disappointing in the inside. Old bathroom, old kitchen, old bed, old everything. Again, my stay was OK, but the room was not worth the price I paid. Ah, by the way, it is near a massive power plant or something...

"The property was immaculate. Very spacious with many amenities. It had our favorite beach on the island. The landscaping around the entire property was perfect. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. Plenty of places to find and have fun in. The pool was amazing and well kept. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that their was no jacuzzi. "
