"Pathetic room condition due to bad house keeping. Room wasn’t even ready by 7:45pm when the check in time is 3pm."

"I understand these are tough times, but they have cut so far back on their services, that I would look elsewhere for a layover stay. e.g. airport shuttle only runs once per hour, so we had to wait 50 minutes at the airport on the way in, and had to miss the breakfast buffet on the way out. Another big strike: they would not offer early check in, despite the very low occupancy rate"

"If you need a sleepover with a proper bed, book early as they go quite quickly. My wife and I slept in separate singular sleepover pods for the first time. Convenient just to catch a few hours of rest. Yes it was clean and quiet. The space needed its own toilet and shower for the clientele to refreshen up for the next leg of the flights."
