I went back down to the desk, and the best she could do was to find (1) room with two queen beds. That was it. No discount, no credit, Nothing. Is Hotels.com at fault, or Holiday Inn? Not Happy. "

"Great property with stellar views next to an iconic hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and parking was easy. No elevator so keep that in mind! Easy access to neighboring hotels and downtown. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. I felt the rate was reasonable. We usually stay on the other side of Hood River so this was a fun change. We’ll be back! "
