"This was our first stay at this hotel…staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean and basic. Breakfast was adequate to get you going for the day but limited in food choices. My husband says the coffee was good. If you wanted a larger selection there were a couple of great breakfast buffets within walking distance that were reasonably priced. This hotel is in a great location and minutes to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, Casino and the Falls. We stayed in the off season so it was extremely budget friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff on reception was very helpful. The room wasn’t the cleanest, holes in the pillows, cobwebs, also in the bathroom next door we could hear a lot of noise. The view was good and location is great."

"DO NOT GO THERE… worst nightmare The night shift guy “Indian” UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE. I would never stay there again No hot water and when asked about the solution .. the night shift guy said : check out SO RUDE AND BAD BEHAVIOUR…. Get a better POLITE AND RESPONSIBLE STAFF"

"The staff were excellent at the hotel. While my room was clean. It's definitely needing some attention, maintenance wise. There are little to no amenities in the room. Coffee is provided in the lobby only. The coffee was horrific and not drinkable. Our room had a water view but there's also a viewing area on the 14th floor. I personally feel there are better hotels to stay at that provide the same room or better with more amenities. Parking was $50 per night which I guess is standard."

"Room was clean Staff were great Unfortunately my experience during my stay wasn’t as planned. Due to the hotel being a shelter for individuals during our stay. Which don’t get me wrong I’m all for helping those who need. It would have been nice to inform guests prior to booking of changes taking place in the hotel and discounts should be provided. I had spent quite a bit of money for my room with my family of four to have a family vacation without any violence of individual fighting, yelling, using inappropriate language etc. in front of my children. It would have also been respectful to have known that the amenities in the hotel were unavailable. We were looking forward to the à la cart brunch that we so often enjoyed and love. Unfortunately brunch wasn’t all that great. Informing guests of changes in the hotel should be posted upon booking at all times. I was also told by front desk staff that it was a resent situation which I later found out wasn’t. It became a housing shelter in January and will be a housing shelter until at least August. "
