It’s an definitely an older property, and we’ve been going for years. They updated the colours and the beds were ok for the limited time we spent in our rooms. I would suggest vacuuming a little bit under the beds and checking behind the night tables. Otherwise the fridge and microwave in the room and the family room were perfect for what we needed. The picnic tables & area were nice to be able and sit outside. Walking distance to everywhere including Clifton Hill. Staff were always smiling and pleasant. We would stay again with our family.

All things considered it was a lower price point hotel motel but it was fine for just sleeping and it was decently clean not like super clean but decently clean no bed bugs it's a little old and run down but I mean if you're just sleeping there and you're there more for the tourist part of Niagara Falls then it's it's more than fine......basic hotel/motel. No extras there. All we needed.

For the price and location it was good. We were just looking for a place to stay on Niagara because we would be out most of the time. Very little amenities and when we arrived there was no attendant at the front desk, had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Otherwise it was a very decent stay.

It has a room with 3 double beds which is great when traveling with family. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but it is excellent value for the price. It's probably more value for the price. It's about a one thousand meter walk to Clifton Hill strip and the falls, which is close enough considering the lack of parking at the falls. It's ridiculous for anyone to list all the flaws because the price is as cheap as it gets and everyone got a good night's sleep on a clean bed. We stayed for 11 days and have no regrets.

I like this property walkable to restaurants, the falls, and casino and OLG stage. Rate is bit pricey. They should improve on their toiletries. This time we were cold there’s no heat somehow we asked for extra blankets that help us warm through the night. It’s not so comfortable for long stay.

The room I stayed in at this motel was not well maintained. There were stains on the carpet, and the corners of the room had spider webs. The bed sheets also appeared old and not very clean. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, my security deposit was not returned because the motel claimed a blue bed sheet was missing, which I do not believe was related to my stay.
