"Hotel is quite run down. Lobby area is nice enough, but the room and upper floor hallways are not in good condition at all. Lots of damage in the room (bathroom vent that was too small for the roughly cut hole, leaving big gaps on two sides, stains everywhere - it was not nice) and the hallways. Quite disappointing. The same room service tray with rotting food was left discarded in the hallway for all three days of our stay. Staff was nice, but I wouldn't stay here again. "

"bed bugs in the bed, called front desk to move rooms they tried to put us in the room right next door. they eventually put us on a different floor. no room upgrade, no refund. no type of compensation for the fact that i have to go home and treat all my stuff for bed bugs after spending $300 for a night. i loved this hotel for years but it seems to have lowered its standards. I will not be returning "

"The executive suite had a great layout with separate bedroom from small seating area and the unit was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to Scotiabank arena or 25 mins to CN tower. "
