"Great place to stay, we've stayed there many times. Room was very clean and breakfast was very good. We will probably stay there again this summer."

"This property was grossly misrepresented. The positives are the location (walk to the Yonge+Weldrick bus stop, take the bus to Finch, and the train to Union Station), and shopping nearby (Walmart and Tim Horton's within walking distance). The shower was decent though the shower spray holder was falling off and the toilet seat had a loose bolt. The negatives are many. First and foremost, the room was extremely small and poorly appointed. No sheets on the bed - just matress cover and a comforter. Two towels - no washcloths or hand towels. Second, the desk and side tables barely fit and were old and beat up. The bathroom was very small. More importantly, the laundry facility was outside the room and shared by 5 rooms. The kitchen was also outside the room and shared. There was a small food prep table, nowhere to sit and enjoy a meal - not even outside. The room amenities were misrepresented. But there is more. The rooms were poorly sound insulated, so you could hear everything. The bed was very soft and worn out IMHO. People shared space in the refrigerator, and there were barely enough utensils to have a meal with - just a bunch of random plates, pots, pans and silverware. And the ants... there were ants everywhere including crawling across the bed. When I pointed this out to the cleaning lady, she mumbled something about the owners and did nothing about it. This property is apparently a house that was converted into 5 rental rooms in a residential neighborhood."

"Was woke up on both nights by loud noises outside of the hotel directly below our room. Not sure if garbage is are emptied out of the bins? Friday night was at 12:40 AM Saturday night was at 3:40 AM. When checking in, the front desk, proceeded to answer phone calls repeatedly holding my ID while I waited to be checked in."

"Could hear the people from the neighbouring room which was annoying, but staff quickly resolved the issue once we called the front desk."
