"This hotel was okay. You know how some hotels feel like a home away from home? This hotel felt like you were staying with your brother and his wife and she doesn't really want you there but is pretending to be nice. You can tell the place used to be really nice and boujee but has fallen to a certain level of disrepair. They now can't afford to fix their minor problems OR charge the guests as much as they used to. Seems they're not getting the clientele they want - aka us theme park folks looking for the cheapest bed nearby to crash in."

"Rooms were large and very clean, coffee in room and from the canteen was excellent."

"Convenient. Staff are amazing. Not sure how secure it is as entrance on the ground level is easily accessible to anyone, and reception is on 2nd floor. "

"The staff were very helpful. The room was great, but it was very cold and that made us uncomfortable. We couldn’t seem to adjust the heat . It blew cold air at us a lot."

"Sadly the door needed repair- it screeched upon opening and closing. We asked for it to be repaired and it was not."

"This was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot. I was met with a very greeting lovely lady at the desk. I had a lovely tiny bottle of sparkling wine that was great after a long day in court and I had my partner showed up and I’d realize I only got one card when I came down to get my card I felt like the front desk person who was a different person was slightly judging why I was asking for another card with a male with me which I did not feel comfortable with, nor did I like the insinuation of what that was suggesting I am entitled to have a life and I am someone who practises law and does not enjoy feeling like I was being looked at like a madame kind of ruined the touch of things . Wasn’t impressed at that point."

"There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast was very good but they ran out of eggs and didn’t replenish during the time I was Down to eat. Staff was helpful. "

"I enjoyed my stay and the highlight was having the restaurant downstairs to get food and drinks without having to leave the hotel. The pool and hot tub was also a nice addition."

"Every staff person we spoke to, even in the elevator was so friendly. Honestly the nicest staff I have experienced in a hotel."
