"The hotel staff was very nice and friendly and the balcony had a decent view with nice lighting, and the room was kept incredibly cool which was very nice after a long day of walking around Toronto, the hotel however did charge a deposit for the room upon arrival which would have been nice to know in advance since I can't remember seeing that listed on the hotel's Expedia page before booking"
