“Un superbe hotel !”

“It was not even close to what was advertised. We arrived to staff coming out to the parking lot and saying the restaurant on site was closed. We picked the place based on amenities offered. The rooms our group had booked were all differently priced even though they were booked as the same. Staff attempted to break in to one of our rooms. The golf course is in terrible condition.”

“The room was remodeled, so it was clean and comfortable”

“The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed”

“Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it...
