We have traveled many places and this was one of the beat hotel experiences we have had. Super clean, super attentive and the breakfast to the room was amazing. Would never stay anywhere but here if we return. Five stars!!

Beautiful place, clean and well kept. In a quiet neighbourhood, easy check-in, comfy beds and they have everything you need in the kitchen.

Great location, modern and clean hotel, breakfast was good, simple but good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A little noisy due to hockey team and dance competition kids staying there, but I would definitely stay here again!

Right from the check in Ben was helpful and polite with getting us checked in and giving us some information on what to do in Belleville. Our room was clean and even the cleaning staff were nice and respectful, we opted out to get out room cleaned but they still came by to collect garbages and to make sure everything was ok and if we needed fresh towels or anything.

Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance from many attractions. We didn’t even need to rent a car except the day we drove to Niagara Falls and even the car rental place was within walking distance. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and kitchen utensils. Breakfast buffet every morning did not disappoint but arrive earlier than later as it gets more busy later. On a quiet street but really close to the ByWard market. A lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast is nice with hot food and fruit.

Great staff and hotel

I appreciate the a.m. complemently coffee in the lobby. However starting the service at 7 is way too late for travelers.

Can always count on this facility to be what I need the night before an all-day training.

Front start to finish, this place was great. Don't let the outside apperance on the corner of a busy road fool you. The place was very nicely decorated, check-in was a breeze. Parking was convenient, though if you have heavy luggage or multiple bags note there are no elevators. The room was tight but clean and upgraded nicely.
