This Inn is clean with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff is absolutely terrific, particularly Thea, who is genuinely kind and sensitive to guests’ needs.
Thea went out of her way twice to help us. Upon check-in, the Netflix on our TV wasn’t working. Thea came to our room, personally called the service company, and got Netflix going in no time!
When we arrived home two days later, I realized I had left my beloved raincoat (great sentimental value) in the room. When I called to inquire about it, Thea answered the phone and assured me it was no problem for Rockland to mail it to me right away. It is rare to receive such impeccable service.
