"Everything was terrific. The staff were great. After O checked out, there was an extra chargenof $481 on my card. There was no reason for it. I had to call 5 times over a week amd leave 3 messages. On my 5th call I was finally able to get a hold of someone in accounting. They said they would issue a refund. No explanation was provided."

"Room was very nice, and clean. Denny’s was easy to order from and pick up. When checking in I wish the staff asked if we had stayed there before, then could have advised us of things, no idea still where the pool is, was never told, didn’t feel like looking for it, elevators work with key card only, wish they told us that, didn’t see until after several attempts this little sign. Didn’t offer to set up shuttle for trip back to airport or how it worked, had to call front desk and inquire. I just feel like the hotels I have been to before, give you a bunch of info when you check in and this staff didn’t seem interested."

"The staff were friendly. Check in and out without any issues. I was not told about a Hot Tub even though it was listed to have one. I would have definitely used. Room was clean but no tea was left for the second morning in the basket of coffee for drinks"

"My trip was so quick I didnt have a chance to take advantage or even see what kind of amenities the hotel has. My first impression was that the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel room was clean, nothing special. The price was fair compared to other hotels, although still expensive for just having somewhere to sleep for a night. Guess thats just how it is these days. Would probably return again in the future for location."
