"The special pool slide that we go to this hotel to use was not open during its posted hours. The breakfast options in the hotel were terrible. The beds were small and the pillows were thin. We had to request extra pillows and they only gave us 2 despite there being 4 people in our room."

"When we arrived to the hotel, we were surprised of how big the unit was. We are a group of three, one adult and two teenagers. Everyone has their own bed, the teenagers shared a room and I had my own. The unit was very spacious, the kitchen was a full kitchen (without the pots and pans). The location was very convenient to stores and restaurants and only 3 mins walk to the nearest TTC, it was a prime location. We can tell that the structure of the building is very old but the unit was newly renovated, especially the kitchen. The only thing is that the front desk let us know that the room will be cleaned every other day (we stayed for 3 days), but they never came to clean. The cleaner came once to replace the trash bins. But other than that, we were satisfied with our stay."
