Very kind hosts. Quiet, comfortable and great shower with fridge and microwave! What else you want? Once quality decorating/trim work is done the price will go up!

Ken provided us with an excellent service. My family and I were driving from Chicago, so it took us much longer to arrive than what I had expected. We arrived around midnight. Even though the check-in was closed after 9 PM, Ken allowed us to check-in late with a minor fee of $20. I highly recommed this affordable motel with great service.

I don’t believe there was assigned parking, but I don’t think there’s enough spots for all rooms. We were on the ground floor and had parked in front of our door. Someone had parked there while we were gone and we had to wait and see if anyone was leaving to be able to park so close enough to our room. That was my only issue. Overall check in was quick. Room was clean. It was a last minute decision to use that motel while visiting the falls, super convenient that there was a Tim Hortons around the corner!

I found the Niagara Parkway a perfect place to stay and it was clean, easy parking. The hot water shower was the fun part, it was so good. The complete room was very neat, clean and sanitized.
