All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and always helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and touristy things to do. The breakfast was your regular hotel breakfast, with hot items and cold items to chose from. The room was alright but the carpet has seen much better days, it appeared dirty. We also found the room a little noisy as the hotel is on a busy street and there was constant traffic. The immediate area around the hotel was not the best with quite a few unhoused people living in the area. We never had any issues when walking around the area.

The room was immaculate for cleanliness, hotel lobby as well. The staff was friendly, the breakfast is ok. I don't know about the other rooms but the only view I had was a gas station, a bunch of apparmemts, and a man smoking cigarettes all day. I was disappointed there's no ATM in the building, you either have to go to the gas station across the road or down the block to a bank. The park next door is lovely so that's a bonus. It's about a 20 minute walk to the CN tower 15 min to Union station.
