The property is in such a great location, right on the water and within walking distance to absolutely everything!! The staff are so friendly, Estevan is always so welcoming and makes sure your stay is a pleasant one. He goes above and beyond by also making sure to provide the best room location when requested. Honestly, for the price, this place delivers. The room was in good condition, and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable — I had a solid night’s sleep. We always stay here when visiting family in Burlington--probably twice per year for the last 8 years. This hotel has consistently improved. The renovations have provided a lovely, modern hotel and it is consistently squeaky clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our kids love the pool (the the parents wish it was a bit warmer). Thank you again for the lovely and welcoming stay.
