“First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.”

Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!”

In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! “The breakfast and staff made this hotel get 5 stars. The rooms were clean, but basic. We used it just for a place to sleep and then have breakfast as a base for visiting the Cotswolds. The restaurant, grounds and serivce was exceptional, and made up for the smaller, basic room.”
