“Excellent location, staff very friendly specially at the front desk”

“Todo bien, no me impresionó pero está regular el hotel”

“Do not be put off by the strange entrance: The reception is reached by a lift from street level. The hotel has charm and all the staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel even arranged a wine tasting for our party of 7. Liliana and her team had dressed the room and matched each of the wines with a tasty snack. The location is also great as you can stroll to the cathedral and the monastery museum.”

“The hotel was way better than we expected. It exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness everywhere, very friendly and helpful staff (specially Kevin at the front desk) He checked us in and fully assisted with any questions we had. Also the buffet breakfast was delicious and very abundant. And the last thing is the great location; it is close to a lot of interesting spots of turistic interest. We recommend this hotel 100%. 🤗”

“시내 역사적 중심지에서 멀지 않고, 숙박 분위기나 품질 모두 적절했으며 직원들이 친절했다. 아침 식사가 준비 잘 되었으나 과일이 풍부하지 못한 점이 다소 아쉬었으나, 다른 호텔 수준 보다 나았다.”

“The hotel was clean and nice enough. Definitely not a 4 star, no lotion or face tissues in the room. Bathroom was still original to the hotel. The rest of the room was updated. Room had a refrigerator which was nice. Ate at the restaurant in the hotel, it was very expensive and marginal quality. Good location”

“Muy poco cómoda la cama, la calefacción no calentaba.”

“For a 2 star it did the trick. Great staff!”

“Zzzz”

“The floor, towels, and bed linen—everything was dirty. There was dampness on the wall. The furniture was old and broken. The breakfast was very poor.”
